yeah.. that's what meant by still needing to add color. I didn't want to polish things up terribly, because I'm going to make most of the mid section a greenish-brown color (painted). Paint doesn't have a polished appearance to it, so that's pretty much why. I will highlight things a bit more, but I'm trying to give it more of a matte finish.

finished with the 4th mesh. If anyone has any further suggestions, I'll consider them, but I want to get this skin done eventually, so I probably won't stop to address little suggestions that seem to be of no consequence.

hmm...anyone know what that thing is on the top thats round? A scope maybe..just kinda looks off since the rest of the gun is blocky..nvm tho

Personally i thought the handle looked better in grey than in the olive colour.

I want the skin to have an equilibrium of color. In this case, the two colors are olive green and a silver tone. So I will be keeping that scheme. If I were to make the handle grey it wouldn't fit the scheme I'm working with. In the end, color is more interesting than lack there of.

looks awesome, but just one thing:

I was going for a mass manufactured look when I chose that font I guess. I tried a few others, but I wanted the text to be readable, and no other font was as crisp in such a small point size.
