Fade - This is actually really handy when taking out rambos. Otherwise, though, it sucks.
Gorge - When you're trying to sneakily build a base near the enemy, THIS IS THE UPGRADE TO HAVE.
Skulks - Oh so famously known strategy.
Lerks - Good -- if you can hide in a dark corner and spike. Seems funny with Primal Scream. Silent Screaming....yes.

Silence is about as cool as shotties, that's all I'm going to say about that.
BTW, Primal Scream does NOT work with Silence at all, I've tested it before so I know.
And another thing, Silenced fades are in general very dangerous in the hands of a very skilled player. Can pretty much take out a squad from the back unless it is HA or something.
I don't see how the marines could be <i>that</i> oblivious to their surroundings.
Skulk and fade are the only evos that don't need a movement upgrade other than silence much more than they need silence. Onos are better off with celerity (or adren if charge pans out to be good this patch, and 3 hives are up), gorges make good use of adren, and lerks really really need adren (though 2.1 might bring ninja swooping lerks if things work out).
I disagree with that. I find both adrenaline and celerity to be quite useful for the Fade. Adrenaline allows for so much more midair maneuverability, and celerity is very effective against marines who are good at dodging.
Wow. I wouldn't know, cause I hear all my attack sounds even with Silence, strangely enough.
Don't underestimate it on a Gorge -- it's hilarious when you build OCs near the marines and they're completely oblivious to it. I once built OCs next to their comm chair because they were too busy admiring the armory to notice <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

Maybe its because they dont learn to look at their backs.
But I swear to god, the people I play with die too easily to a Fade....only those who can aim *coughPbscough* can kill me quickly if they catch me quick.
BTW, what I meant by deadly was by sneaking up behind, one by one, and of course hit n run.
Well....that should mean the Singapore clans should get their behinds working once again....
BTW, I thought a Silenced Fade is just an Adren Fade.....with less stamina regeneration. Leaves it down to well....Celerity ( Now I see why it's so popular :/ )

i am in a singapore top 3 clan and i can gurantee that looking back for backstab is almost a certain thing to do
i don even know forlan nick.. he go gamesnet? omg.. sg clan gather at galaxynet

i really just meant that you could use a fade like a silenced skulk if you wanted to, not that it was your best choice.

skulks are ok with this, and maybe that new 'focus' ability... 2 bites and they are dead meat lol!
gorges im not so sure about, they could get silence if they are behind enemy lines, but then again if ur on the front line and there and many wounded fades (usually me...) then go adren and heal those badass boys!
whenever i go onos (very rare......) i get adren or silence... silence is gud if u are cloaked by an sc and have scent of fear...
does anyone in ns use that hormones ability? *i forget what it's called lol*

I maybe wrong but he might be refering to the illegalness in singapore to perform any sexual activities that is not normal (trying spare you the graphicness but mouth, behind are some examples).
