<div class="IPBDescription">Over 120mins, cause they wouldn't listen</div> Now, me been n experience Commander & all, u can find it hard to believe that a game of this magnatude could last over 2hours, but trying to get a team full of n00bs <i><span style='color:red'>No offense to the n00bs reading this, but they annoyed me</span></i>

Anyway, the game started off slow with only 3 people on each team on ns_origin. We got Laser Drilling, computer labs & took out double which was been built by a lonely <!--emo&::gorge::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/pudgy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='pudgy.gif'><!--endemo--> . Now we got Biodome easy enough, nothing in there obivously. Now this is were the fun begins.

They get 2 hives, we r battling it out everywhere we can. this guy name sky2w32, was going rambo all the time which was okay as he actually did something good by doing so <span style='color:red'><i>Which is kinda weird if u go rambo <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> </i></span>, well, the server was full 22/22. Dam it was action packed, we jus finally got Furnace destroyed, after an hour, to find out that they took out biodome, porr defended I must say on my part. Then Marine start was finally hit <span style='color:red'><i>I say finally cause it wasn't defended at all, took 1 hour to figure that out, STUPID</i></span>

Well, double res was locked done like Fort Nox, nothing would get in without been slaughtered, except for

After 15 mins of trying to get the n00b team together, we get Biodome back & lock it down with a circle of <!--emo&::sentry::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/turret.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='turret.gif'><!--endemo--> , it was fun <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> . Then Furnace was taking out by 1 <!--emo&::onos::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tiny.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tiny.gif'><!--endemo--> , I tried getting them there, but would they listen......No, they were worried about getting HA & HMG's, STUPID.

This time, we actually tried get Ventilation, there begin Hive, tried <!--emo&::siege::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/siege.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='siege.gif'><!--endemo--> a couple of times but they were not good marksmen. After 3 tries with HA's & a lot of weapons, it was brought down. YAY. Then locked down & the main focus was Furnace.

We had a <!--emo&::fade::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/fade.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='fade.gif'><!--endemo--> going around the place taking out our less gaurded RT, so what do I do, build shite loads of <!--emo&::sentry::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/turret.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='turret.gif'><!--endemo--> to keep him away. <span style='color:red'><i>By this point we had 300 res due to the amount of RTs we had & kills we kept getting by <!--emo&::sentry::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/turret.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='turret.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> </i></span>

Now, Furnace wasn't going down that easy, as it was there last hive, we did the original thing by going to the Smelting room to <!--emo&::siege::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/siege.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='siege.gif'><!--endemo--> the hell out of it, of course since it was the last stand of Aliens, I went for the overkill effect <span style='color:red'><i>If none of u know my overkill effect, thats building over 20 <!--emo&::siege::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/siege.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='siege.gif'><!--endemo--> before getting guys in there <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> </i></span>

with in one second of scaning, bye bye hive. We win, yay. Everyone looked at the time, -120mins. OMG, there was one guy that said he was going to have a Heart Attacking if the Marines win, I never heard from him since, well thats my story..... tell me yours <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I've had a 3 hour game which mostly consisited of the marines sitting behind about 100 turrets (no kidding) in one of the hives. It could have gone on for much longer but the marines were determined to get to the 180 min mark before they f4ed.     Heh, poor Drew. Were you playing on [FAT] server? I know how you feel. Lock down one hive and then your team goes automatically brain dead until you feed them guns and stuff. What makes it even more frustrating is if aliens begin attacking your hive defenses and you can only get 1 stalwart marine to defend while the rest either hump the armory or whine about guns. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    heh, I play on [FAT]....but not much. And it isn't as bad as you make it, the neat thing about n00bs is that that one stalwart guy can sometimes rally 5-6 n00bs around him, and if they do well, the following grows. I tend to be one of the marines who dies nobly and worthlessly in the defense of a doomed hive, though.     "elite" h4x0r talkk is harder to spell than normal words, and I spent more time trying to write 133t than type incorrectly. =/

    I once had a 2 hour game where a lamer clan had managed to lock itself behind the 2 weldable doors in lost... I have no idea how seeing as I late joined, but there they were completely out of reach of the aliens, keeping one of the hives constantly seiged from the weldable corridor so that the fades couldn't get acid rocket and shoot through the aforementioned doors...

    That wasn't fun...

    I've had quite a few well-rounded games on [FAT]'s server. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> I know there are some noobs who visit but I feel that the server also has good admins and vets who play there who can train them well. I actually like the occasional long game. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> During these I generally brush up on things that need working on as marine such as stealth, aim (of course), teamwork, general strats. Heck everything. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Now one drawn out game after another isn't very pleasing, but one every once in a while has it's place.

    Oh yes - Don't mind the flames on the board. This is a community and therefore I think it is nice to share experiences - the good and the bad. That is what this place is for. It's sad that no one can post anything without someone flamethrowing it. :/
