Jedi most people are welcome, but the 2 main reasons that it would be best if people were from Aus are 1. Time differance. Very hard to Train and war when you live on the other side of the world. 2. Pings. Not a complete issue, but it might be a little laggy for you when playing. Like carbon stated i am not just looking for Aussie players, all though they are the main pref. Anyone interested in join icq or msn me.

lol, there's a few people around here who probably can't even spell their own name let alone construct a sentance. After a while these people become rather annoying, and generally if someone spells something like their own name or the city they live in wrong, it looks like they are another annoyance. This is obviously not the case with you, but I think that's why Ashitaka reacted in the way he did to the unfamiliar spelling of Melbourne.

im in aus (nsw), but i dont have cable, so i dont know how much ill be able to play this online... When i play cs/dod on my isps servers i get 200-400 ping, and other servers its more like 400-800...
OMG, what servers do you play on and where in NSW. people playing CS on IPGN or optusnet with dialup get 120 ping approx. IF you haven't already, you should find out about netcoding as well.

Also, generally, being good at a game depends a bit on how long you've played it, and if we regularly play together on the same server, then we should all have the same experience level. And secondly if the clan gets enough members, not every one has to participate in any clan matches. Of course it is up to you, but I think that you will find that anyone dedicated enough to hang around these forums is probably good enough at the games themseleves to be half-decent. Anyway I'm sure everyone here would be happy to see you join Infinitum.
