Help Anti-bomb With His Sig!
<div class="IPBDescription">ya check ;D!</div> Ya so today I was in the HKBO mood and started making an HKBO sig, I really like the black and white effect cartoon affect. Is there anyone who can help me make an outline of every border in the sig and outline it with black and make the interior white. Here is my first attempt, I have the original full color and backround in png format. Any help is appreciated.
