Matrix Revolutions In Imax

Did they cut out footage?
Was thinking of getting tickets to go see Revolutions at Tampa Bay Channelside Cinemas 9, $11.50 per ticket. The only thing I was worried about, is for some reason I heard they had to cut some footage out to shorten it to the maximum length of an IMAX film... I was wondering if anyone has heard about the IMAX version and this supposed shortening? I wouldnt mind if they cut out any potential 30 minute pointless rave scenes however
The only reason I was going to see it in IMAX, was because it starts an hour earlier then other places (no midnight showings here, or anywhere it seems, suckage).
BTW if your going to see it at Channelside 9 in Tampa, FL , look out for the dude with the Quake 3 Arena hat

I saw Matrix Reloaded 2x in normal theaters, 1x in IMAX.
No scenes cut.
They just simply have little/no commercial trailers, credits are run a little faster. That's about it.
God I wish they had an Imax here... Matrix + huge = omgsohot
SOOO retarded....
I used to have a Chemistry class at the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) and go see a show every now and then after class in the dome. Their audio test never fails to amaze me. I just hope they didnt cheap out and do a quick transfer of the original film & audio into the IMAX format, nothing annoys me more the inherit slight bluriness of theater film (which is easily evident after watching a DVD).
then when there is 400 ppl in the place I will ruin the movie by bringing 6 Cell phones and act like that black chick in Scary Movie!
^_^
OLO
IMAX usually has to shorten films, but I think they got it without having to do much
I would see it becuase it would be worth it the sounds systems are O_O
