    To answer the question, I've never even downloaded it <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> Are the weapons historically accurate (as in manual muzzle loading and all that)?

    Manual Muzzle loading?

    I dont know what that is, but i do remember that you get one shot with your rifle, reload,(which involves placing the bullet in the rifle, pouring some powder in, and pushing it in with a stick.) Also, you CANT FIRE LONG DISTANCES!!!! All these kids are trying to snipe with the rifles, BUT IT CANT BE DONE! IT CANT!

    Also, A couple of respawn into the ground issues. There is a lack of servers, but the line battle server was always fun. If you can find another large server, go for it!

    ... I hope that battles aren't fought in the traditional manner. And by that I mean that stupid lining up in rows on a flat field, marching sedately towards the enemy, stopping, and firing. Stupid way to fight wars.

    And no, I'm not knocking the game (I haven't played it). I'm knocking realism <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Thats a gameplay mode, but most of the time its normal DoD play but with really crappy wepons <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->. Acctuly BG is really fun so go check it out.

    Yes the manual muzzle loading is there, he described it well.

    You can snipe, it's actually pretty simple.

    I haven't had any respawn in ground issues, you must've used an older version.

    Not many servers but there's always people playing.

    I've played this, got it recently, and all I can say is it reminds me of dod in the yester years. Friggen hilarious. You can see the entire nme team, but you've had your shot and now you have to wait 7.5 seconds till the next one. Leads to some classic moments.

    One shot, 8 seconds reload hilarity. Love it.

    EIGHT SECONDS RELOAD??? Wow, some elite troops those are. I'd like to see someone reloading those old rifles in eight seconds flat. The hands would probably be blurry from the motion.
    Honestly, my choice would be this: Rush the enemy, let them waste their shots, then bayonette them all to death. Win.

    i used to play this. but some things just plain annoyed me. Like, seeing someone trying to get in through a door, shooting through the door and not killing them. Then they bayonet me through the door and i die.

    Just downloaded it, and I must say this is a ver interesting mod. It is also pretty funny to see two guys fighting <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> . They both shoot, miss, and keep running around in circles as they take 8 seconds to reload.
