Alan invited Troy over to his new apartment to show him around. While he was there Troy asked about a giant metal bowl hanging against the wall.
"Ohh that?" replied Alan. "It's my new talking clock. Here, watch this."
Alan picked up a hammer and smashed the bowl against the wall and waited. Then a voice from the otehr side of the wall yelled "GOD DAMN IT'S 2:30 IN THE MORNING YOU JERK!"

Actually smiley, thats how I got the idea for it.. I was thinking of What a simple, multipurpose Pressurized Agent delivery system would look like, and, well, It'd basically look like a paintball gun. The original design had a vertical fitting tank, However a rear fitting tank would make it less exposed and therefor lessen the threat of it taking damage and exploding in a firefight.
