    Lordy why on earth would you ask for opinions "Pls Rate" then get offended when some one replies?

    you could start with applying the textures <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Well, it is the best 'box with a grid and a pipe' I have ever seen! No, you really have to finish it so far that you can say it is finished. Posting pictures here makes sence when you don't find things that might look ugly just because you focused too much on other things or others have a better eye on these things. But a box with a grid and a pipe... <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
    You know, this picture could be any readyroom for the worst funmap. It looks... unprofessional. A dark room with fullbright water. Come back when you have 700 w_poly and either ask: 'Rate it' OR 'How can I lower my w_polys <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--> ' <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> !
    The general idea of a readyroom under water is not so much my taste. I like my readyroom friendly and not so much like a horror scenario, but that's just me. Others might find it cool and a fresh idea anyway.

    Align you textures for gods sake, make it look like there is no solid edge to the grate and the walls just stop. Secondly add something more intresting, especially with you join team sections, they are just walls, no door no drop nothing. Also add girders and trims and what not. Like the water idea though.

    As much as I agree that more work could have perhaps been put in by the original poster into his map before posting it, I think you guys have perhaps been a little harsh here...

    Manners go a long way, and it would have been far more polite to simply refused to rate it instead...

    Lordy, they do mean well and they make a good point. I like that you have thought about putting something distinctive in your ready room such as water (which i haven't seen yet), but do consider prettying it up a little bit more and rounding everything off.

    I prefer people who tell me that my work can not be judged yet instead of just letting me wait and wonder. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
    I just expressed what I felt about the screenies in all the rawness they show. (Now I understand the meaning of 'reflecting about something' <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> )
