Pr Blitz For 2.1?

Is 2.1 gonna get hyped like 1.0 or 2.0 did with a PR blitz? Will the release date be announced a week before like the other versions? Or will a visit the NS.org forums some day in the near future and see a bunch of posts about how good 2.1 is, with no warning?

    MonsE is gone, so there'll have to be a new person to do the Public Relations. I don't think 2.1 is as big of a deal as 2.0, though, so I don't think it will be necessary.

    Yeah, I know relize I should have made the title something like "warning for 2.1 release?"

    Cuz what I'm really wondering is if it will be announced gold at some point before release.

    I wouldn't worry about it. I would rather they not give us a release date. I don't know Flayra very well, but if he gives a release date, I hope he could make it, rather than disappoint us all.

    I doubt there will be a PR blitz, as the playtesters currently can post anything they want about 2.1 (well, except for the files, but..)

    Pfft. Without MonsE any PR "Blitz" will be more akin to a "pop". Maybe as impressive as the lid on a yoghurt container breaching after a prolonged period in the sun.

    i helped monse out alot during his 2.0 blitz.. wouldn't mind helping Comp (monse 2.0; a new release, but buggy) out wherever was needed. so it's not like monse had to do everything by himself ;/
