So, the question is- what is it? Can we get a hint? And for those not knowing- speculate. And man, I want to make sure that my e-mail address is right, cause I've been watching like hell. Well, guess people!

Someone generous enough to give money to their favourite free game has that merit. I think the point of keeping the reward anonymous was so that people wouldn't think "omg I could get access to secret hax for $25!"
One of the best ways to balance a game is to look at gameplay statistics and adjust features accordingly. In order for those statistics to be accurate, it's generally best to have as large a test subject pool as possible. It doesn't matter that Superpikachu thinks there should be homing rocket turrets and mind control aliens, what matters is that his frag ratio goes up 40% when he gets his hands on a shotgun.

Only in the NS world does PT = Someone who helps design the game.
In every other part of the game industry, PT's are there just to do that; <b>Play</b>test. In other words, they play it and test it out, so the creator can see the results.
Man, you must have some free time to write out that name...
Anyway, you all shouldn't worry too much about what the constellation announcement is; "Good things come to those who wait".
And guys, stop arguing about the playtesting thing, its not even an actual occurrence and you're going off like they've just given Onos 10,000 hp...
Oh and that explains why certain veterans are still requesting that bunny-hopping go back into NS?
I donated money because I wanted to. I made a promise when I joined the forums that I would give the developers the equivilant cost of a new release game, because of all the games I have played, NS was the one that deserved it the most. I have honoured that promise, and I will probably give more in the future. I didn't ask for anything then and I ask for nothing now. Anything that Flayra wants to give us I will be more than grateful for.
What I am getting sick and tired of is the treatment I recieve in many servers. I had to put up with a bunch of tools yesterday who kept saying "Yeah if you donate money you get a little L next to your name for Loser" and "Oh so now we should kiss your arse because you gave money". I did not ask for such treatment. People ask me every single game "Hey Ryo, what's that symbol next to your name?" and I fire off my bind: "The icon next to my name is a Constellation icon. It means I donated money to the NS development team. Find out more at www.natural-selection.org". That's all I say, I never say "Bow before me puny mortals I ams teh "elite"". And yet I get bashed and abused for it. I've gone into games with my icon OFF and been treated better.
So whilst I don't ask for special treatment, what I do ask is that people just treat me like another player.
As for what Flayra will be giving us I have no idea. Whilst I am curious, I'd still make another payment even if we got nothing.

I totally agree with that, I'll make another payment too even if we don't get anything. I haven't donate to get an icon or whatever we'll get with that. I'm just giving money coz I think the work Flayra have done, does and will do deserves a payment from me.
And btw, I doubt we'll PT anything and tbh, I don't care..

I would't quite call a wonID -> steamID tool a 'surprise,' but who cares. And that whole discussion earlier about PTs vs Constellation members was completely idiotic and had no purpose, Constellation members aren't just random nubcaeks who play NS once and want dev hacks, Constellation is for people who care about Natural-Selection and its future, and just how PTs help with the balance and development of NS, Constellation members contribute money to the development of NS, and to Flayra's fridge.
