<div class="IPBDescription">Not the TV one :P</div> Today in class, and I have no specific reason why, but I was doodling away, and somehow came a finished product looking like, this, which is, in fact, a sad angel, or she at least appears sad. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

Anyway, I like it a lot more for some reason, partially because I just drew it for myself, for fun, instead of for some sort of specific reason (i.e. concept sketches of marines <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->).

Anyway, critique away, because I always like to know what to improve on.

Also, I'm halfway done kharaaising the Alien concept I did. All that has to occur is coloring <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Very nice. Good work! Although, make the face a bit more... Friendlier. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Lol, the idea is to have her being sad, or angry...or whatever, jsut not happy <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> Most of the pictures of angels I come across are of happy people and so forth. Course if you want to be technical, angels are free of sin, and she wouldn't be covering up, but, for all purposes of not drawing on the boarderline of pr0n, I stuck with this <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Anywho, I might make the noise a bit smaller, but, that's a big maybe <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Thanks for the comments. The more the merrier <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Really , in all honestly, dont think it needs anything. And angels dont always have to be happy lol
    Personally I think its a great drawing <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> GJ

    Wait, what?

    Wilkins, I think it looks very nice, but it's a plain drawing.

    Just added a few changes. I just edited my post with the new image at the beginning of the thread. I changed the face a little to make her look more female, and also added some length to the right wing, 'dissolved' the kneecaps a bit, and fixed the foot up a bit. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Hopefully I can get this girl colored by the end of the night, but homework and people (i.e. friends :\) would rather I be distracted enough to not get it done <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    um... I'd go back to the original ^^;
    Nice strong lines and stuff, though you might want to lighten up the muscle contours you've put in the neck area =3

    Changed her face a bit, and removed the much too high clevage.

    Wow. I like it. The hair just seems kind of.. out of place to me.

    But its still nice. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I didn't like the color I did...thought it was of poor quality for the fact that I'm giving it to someone. A guilt trip, if nothing else <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    She looks more angry than sad in the latest picture. If she's supposed to be angry, well, that looks very nice, then <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->.

    Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey,

    I lurk the PA art forums.

    I don't like all the light. I think it detracts from the work itself. I think you ought to tone it down. And something about the eye bugs me, but I can't put my finger on it. It might be nothing though.

    [edit: I forgot to say that I really like it. heh.]

    Wizard, that is an awesome sketch of a not-so-ordinary angel. I would suggest you unbuff him a little, because he seems to be on super steroids. Perhaps tone down the arms, legs, torso, and blending it in a way so that they seem less noticable. The expression on his face is perfect, maybe elaborate on it a bit more, such as adding facial lines and whatnot.
    All in all this angel reminds me of something from the x-men comic books I read. Perhaps give him a uniform and put like balls of psi around his hands.

    Wilkin, your angel is awesome also. I like the style your are trying to present in this drawing. The wings and legs seem on target; the legs would look more real if they were not so darkly outlined. She seems to be starving to death, give her some flesh and fat hehe. The face could do some revamping. You know what would be cool? Curly hair, realistic eyes, and whatnot. But anyway, you guys can probably draw better than I could, but you wanted constructive criticism and now I am giving it.

    Wizard, you're obviously quite talented, but don't hijack somebody elses thhread with your work <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    First one looked <b>a lot</b> like spawn, I'd take a guess it's where you got your inspiration? His left arm is a little less muscley than his left.

    Wilkins. She looks a bit like she's hung over <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> It has the effect that you wanted (a not so ordinary angel) but it doesn't look like she is "upset." Looks nice though <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I really need to improve my muscle drawing <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

    about the left arm....i tried to make it far away looking.....i guess i didnt do a good job eh <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

    sorry for posting my pics in someone else's thread....but i thought it was a good place to put my angels.....i got many of them....mostly Spawn inspired

    I'm no artist Wilkins but I looked at your first angel and she seem to me to be saying, "Why is it so hard to not succumb to temptation". An expression of pain/sadness that it should have happened, is on her face. As I said I'm no artist but that's my impression.
