It was there and MonsE pwned it. But, as far as you know, it doesn't exist and was all just a big hoax to trick you into buying McGriddles and eating them over Flayra's pants to get crumbs all over them.

In IRC last night we pretty much decided it was a hoax, but meh. As long as they change the CD-Key system to kill myg0tters, I'm down with it.

You do know that Valve has complete control over HL2's multiplayer right? So if a myg0t comes along and cheats on a HL2 server, the admins can ban him, send evidence to valve, and valve will put his CD-Key on the Perm-Ban list, and I'm sure they'll track IPs.
Probably best to lock this now else it will simply be deleted, although i feel something needs to be here on the forums as a "DO NOT POST ABOUT HL2 LEAK" note rather than just have people (who are honesty ignorant to the fact that they aren't the first posting it) posting the same thing every time one gets deleted...
