    Here is the layout. Is that what you wanted me to share? or did you want me to share what details I'm adding? I plan on adding details. I know it's kinda generic but things like wires and control panels and such.

    Edit, I'm guessing that you mean share the BSP? Give me a few and I'll see if I can set it up at NS World.

    Good lighting, maybe add an env_gamma 1.4 if oyu haven't already? Also, maybe a little bit of busyness on the walls to spice up the brushwork? You've got good lighting, but I think there's a little bit of plain-ness about the walls.
    Stick with it, I want to see how this one turns out!

    Thanks, it's acctually an env_gamma of 1.5 and I am still working on adding to the 'plain' walls to make them look better.

    I ran through your map. I realise this is an early build, but you might want to add some diversity to your lighting. Half the areas are solid orange/red while the others are greenish. The solid lighting scheme is kinda bland.

    You may also consider adding a bit of light at the top of the 2 staircases... its solid black up there and i had trouble walking even with my flashlight on... and my gamma is jacked.

    Also, check to see if an Onos can get out of the hive room... the door frame which extends up from the floor may prove to be too much of an obstacle. Actually it might be an obstacle for everyone who tries to walk into the room and slams into it.

    When you're adding your details try to find ways of making it so that those long hallways don't turn into long range kill-fests.

    Naw, I know you aren't bashing my map. I haven't touched the upper level or the starbord cargo bay yet. I plan on going through and adding some spots in some areas and hopefully get the lighting better, most of the lighting in there is pretty temporary.

    The doors to the hive room, I thought that they might look cool, I'm planning on adding a clip brush to help players over that, I'll have to test to see if that keeps people from getting stuck.

    I was trying to get the map to flow without having too many twist and turns but I realize that it ended up being long hallways. I don't want to turn it into a shooting gallery either. I'll work on adding nooks for skulks and adding obstacles and details to break up the straight paths.

    I don't think I'll get anything done today of the map b/c I have a LOT of schoolwork due tomarrow but mabye tomarrow after school I can go through and work on some other areas. Keep the feed back comming, every little bit helps (especially if you can explain it so that I can fix it)

    Still working on the Fuel Cells, I need suggestions to break up some of these longer hallways. I'm thinking about putting a broken ceiling with debris littering the floor.

    Your brushwork seems very blocky, and judging from the screenshots you have posted, the general architechture does not offers any surprises.

    Give some thought as to what you feel is supposed to make this map stand out from other NS maps. Improve, experiment and generally fiddle around with the brushwork and see if you might be able to come up with something really interesting <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
