<div class="IPBDescription">Whats that?</div>Iw been wondering about that spore stuff, I know its somekind of bio-organic-alien-deadly-stuff (like in starcraft) but I have never got the right picture of it. <!--emo&???--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'><!--endemo--> btw, when the alien is evolving to 5th lvl is the cocoon going to be as big as the 5th lvl alien?

    And no clue about the size of the cocoons. I don't think anyone knows outside of the dev team.

    hey,
    i think what Lazarus is talking about is the green gunk all over the walls rather than the spores that the aliens get to use as weapons.  As for that stuff on the walls, really it's little more than a neat texture to add atmosphere to the maps, but if you want to get technical, i suppose that it's the physical manifestation of the aliens corruption spreading throughout the infestation zone.  I imagine it is quite like the creep from Starcraft, though it probably serves little purpose, unlike the creep which nourished the zerg.  As for the cocoon, i'm unsure of the answer to that, you'll have to ask flayra or the dev tem.

    i was kinda talking about it as a weapon (but thx anyway), remember the sporecolony in starcraft? it just got me thinking when i heard of the spores as a weapon to the 4lvl alien (dont misunderstand me, im not saying its a ripoff) <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    think Iwe read it in some old post with some alien lvl talk, but how many weapons does the lvl 4´s have?

    No one's really sure. We know they've got claws, and a launcher of some kind growing out of their shoulder. They might have more, but those are the only ones that have been mentioned that I know of.
