Like saying "I believe the mod will be released before September." would be a big no-no.

I remember a team once released their version since almost everyone was getting annoying on the forums. Oh how they made me want to kill something. I'm not worried about when NS will be out. As long as it is released at some point, I'll be happy. The longer we wait, the better it'll be (I hope. Fewer bugs and more features...).
Anyway I playtested the game at Uvalan4, I think the game has promise I dont like the fact you depend on commander so much on the marine side, Currently he has to personaly drop you weapons and heathkits, I think the comander seat option of the game is going to hurt it in pubs because if n00bies or just plain idoits get in your team's comand stations you are doom to " Do what now?" reptition. coming from the tribes commuity myself I know in pub having newbies teamkillers on your team can realy mess you up it would be even worst you had to depend on them.
I plan on playing ns when comes out but i can understand the wait since for one thing most of the sounds and voices are borrowed from tribes, cs , hl and starcraft.

Only reason that got delayed is because he coulndt upload it in time before he went on vacation/business trip. (cant remember which one) But unkown menace is done.
