He is also getting banned from MULTIPLE clans, a lawsuit from his ISP, banned from UGL/CAL, and Impy will be talking to Flayra about getting him banned off of NS. Until then, you seriously should consider banning helic from your server(s).
BTW: He was also banned off of #naturalselection

Edit: While I don't endorse what Helic allegedly did, I think he deserves to be allowed to present his case. It seems like there's a bit of a "witch hunt" feeling in the air, and if he is innocent (as he claims), I think this could be a big mistake. Proving his innocence is going to be a tad bit difficult, though, given the additude already adopted by many individuals.
And besides, what evidence do you have besides the irc log ( easily faked)?
impy claims he has logs of some kind but he's too stupid to log anything

late last night around 10 pm helic attacked my computer with ping spam, causing the ip' and net service to be unusable for 2 hours, and he did it again at 8-10 am today...
the follow actions have been takin agaisnt him:
he will be disbanded from his clan FFT (nor will he ever get into any decent clan again)
he will be disqualified and likly banned from CAL
monday i will call my isp have it sorted out and legal action (fines) will be taken up with his isp, his parents will be notified.
he will be banned from several if not all servers on Gamesnet, and likly Glined off gamesnet.
he will be banned from gib games 4 servers, redPhive servers, nanogridlock servers, Dn servers, Ham servers, ReD servers. pandas' servers, ect.
i have the following proof of what he did:
isp logs, irc logs, ircop logs, firewall dns logs, hlsw logs.

i actuly told moogle last night if he stopped attacking my ip, i wouldnt take legal action, but 2 attacks in a 24 hour period of time is just asking for trouble.
and i agree, its not cool to F*** with other people just cus you feel like it.
so possibly after helic see's all the conciquences from his actions he might actuly learn his lesson.
