<div class="IPBDescription">Are you going to d/l ns upon release?</div>I am interested to know the size of this community and what the 'Fanbase' is in its' pre-release stage.

<b>You don't have to be a 'Fan' but if you plan on D/Ling Natural Selection as soon as it is released please drop in and put up a quick post saying so. If you could include the types of games you are interested in and the top 3 games you are playing right now that would also be appreciated.</b>

I think it will be interesting to see the interest level for NS pre-release.

I suppose this could also be an evaluation of how good of a PR job Monse is doing. <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

Heh, i definetly will be playing NS apon release, hoping to be a guide to. How i heard about NS? Well, i had seen it on PHL before and i really was amazed at the maps. One day while in an AIM chatroom, i stumbled across merkaba under an AIM SN while i was mentioning it. It was really wierd actually talking to the guy who made these maps. My interest from then on kind of shot up, i started posting on the forums back in UBB and etc. Now i'm a playtester <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>. (This was all back in septemberish)

Ive been hanging around here ever since PHL mentioned the mod last year. All the amazing artwork and the original ideas inmediately drew my attention. Ive been around for around a year, but i only started posting since May. Of course im planning on d/l NS as soon as it comes out.

I heard about NS about a month ago (so I haven't really been waiting for it for too long) off another mod's forum. I haven't posted on the board until now, mostly just reading what other people have to say. I plan to wait a little while for all the insane hype to die down so I won't have a 5.6k/sec download. Nah, I never had any intentions of downloading NS, a mod I've waited about two years for. I'm just around here because it's so much fun! <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> (You're nuts if you take that seriously)

3) Stepmania (Dance with intensity, <Dance dance revolution>, Puyo puyo D, any other variation of DDR. =P)

Dats about it. I dont buy anything new cause I am too cheap, but I am an RTS junkie and would love to get Warcraft 3. I just dunno how well it'll run on my crappy system. I dont think I'll chance it . . . I'll just save my money.
I DO plan on DLing NS on release (of course), and those games are just games I play as fillers in between Testing. NS is my love.

i think i first heard about ns sometime in July from a planethalflife preview and a 3Dactionplanet prewiew. although i distinctly remember seeing some news about way back when it was shown at last years mod expo.

anyway of course ill be downloading ns once its released! in fact i've been pimping it wherever i can (sadly, most cs players are so narrow minded they don't care).

I will. I heard about it about 6 months ago, checked out the site, thought it was just a stoopid aliens vs predators mod (at the time i had been playing too much dod and cs, that can really mess a person up). Then came back about 2-3 months ago and noticed how awesome it was going to be, and have been addicted ever since.
