Need Help With Metamod Plugin

I downloaded a little metamod plugin for NS I want to try out for fun. It's just a .dll file... but the readme doesn't say how to install it. It *IS* for Win32... so if someone can just smack me and say 'like this, stupid'... I'd appreciate it...

they can't be installed alone, they run "under" metamod. installing plugins is easy just as soon as metamod is setup.
www.google.com, possibly www.planethalflife.com or other resources will have the answers for you.
This should tell metamod to load the .dll; use the "meta list" command at the console to check if it worked. Out of curiosity, which plugin is it?

Why does everything have to be so damn complicated! I remember when I could play Frogger just by inserting a disk and turning on my computer <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->

Your chamber builder on walls <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
huh?.. does this mean chambers can be built on walls?.. if so, every server should try this! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

What do I want and how do I install it? Their installation instructions are old, out of date, and really poorly written (If they even HAVE installation instructions, that is).
I tried AMX mod and that didn't work <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
NOTE: I'm not TOO much of an idiot... so don't be scared to use big words like 'subdirectory' around me <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Cuz I'm too lazy and this is (Or was) NS related <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
SOMEone here must know <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
and do you have the one you need (of the two above) installed on your server?

i think we might played you (cs) sometime
1) Get the latest version of metamod from www.metamod.org
2) Create the following directories:
ns/addons
ns/addons/metamod
ns/addons/metamod/dlls
ns/addons/metamod/plugins
3) Copy the metamod.dll file into the ns/addons/metamod/dlls directory.
4) Create a text file called plugins.ini in the ns/addons/metamod directory.
5) Open the file ns/liblist.gam in a text editor. Find the line that read
<!--c1--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>CODE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='CODE'><!--ec1-->gamedll "dlls/ns.dll"<!--c2--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--ec2--> and replace it with the following line:<!--c1--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>CODE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='CODE'><!--ec1-->gamedll "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll"<!--c2--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--ec2-->
This should install metamod properly. Plugins are installed by copying their DLL into the ns/addons/metamod/plugins directory and adding a line to the plugins.ini file. The format of this file is:<!--c1--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>CODE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='CODE'><!--ec1-->operating_system plugin_dll description<!--c2--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--ec2-->
operating_system should be win32 for a windows server or linux for a linux server. The plugin_dll should be the path to the plugin DLL, relative to the ns directory. The description can be whatever you like.
Edit: For those who don't know: The chamber seeding plugin allows gorges to "spit" buildings onto walls and ceilings. It works quite well, but there are some major bugs with the first version; a fixed version is available for testing <a href='http://www.modns.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=86' target='_blank'>here</a>. There's also a screenshot if you want to see it in action.
Thats the really tall building one with the hive underground.
He had gone gorge and built 2 sprial towers of OCS from the bottom of the hive to the top of the antenna. The building looked like a laggy double helix.
As you can guess anyone who even looked over the side was killed in about .2 seconds. It was so laggy that you never even saw your self die. I have a screen shot somewhere.
