<div class="IPBDescription">Read Why!</div> I used to play CS, DOD, BF1942, and some others all the time. They got boring this summer and school was going to be starting (College) and I was getting sick of games. This was great because I wouldn't have the urge to play the games and could focus on studies.

Then a friend of mine demanded I try NS. So I did.....

NOW I AM FRICKEN ADDICTED!!!!!!!!

ALL I THINK ABOUT IS THIS GAME.

I come to the website everyday to find out if any news has come up and I play every chance I get.

So, as you all thought this post was going to bash NS, you are all wrong!

LONG LIVE NS! CS, DOD, TFC....ALL SUCK COMPARED TO THIS GAME!

I love the combo of 1st person shooter and strategy.

Thank you NS team...hmm...should I study or play NS? ****!!! I AM GONNA GO PLAY NS!!!!

Make sure you play on the 2.01d servers. 2.01d is much better than 2.0, in my opinion.

ns is pretty fun, but im an alien ****, i never play rines... my mouse setup and stuff is bad so its hard to aim, and you dotn have to aim *as* much as you do on marines as aliens

The other day I walked into a public toilet and there were 2 urinals on the wall and for a SPLIT second I hesitated to go near them through fear of being telefragged. Yes, I thought the toilets were IPs. That reminds me of the time when I walked into one of the buildings for my classes on campus and walked into this huge lounge room. For a split second, I actually considered wall climbing above the door and await unsuspecting marines to walk through. Split second!

Am in Collage, my days goes as the following:

Collage, get home do homework, phone up friends, see what they are up to, usally get in about out 9pm, done all my homework, play NS for about 2 hours, put DvD on and go to bed <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

Its all about doing a fair share of all, so you can play NS and won't have to worry about having to meet a deadline with no work done <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>

The girl was my gf for a year and off and on for another 2. We finally said whatever and just pretty much fool around with nothing much in between it. I'm 19 and I don't want to be locked down yet.

Speaking of girlfriends, mine doesn't help the addiction at all - she actively promotes it. She plays NS when she can, she sits and spectates clan matches (and SCREAMS in my ear when we make a tactical move she doesn't like) and is an aspiring clanner herself <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'>

When I met her, she didn't even have a pc ;x

NS isn't that addictive is it?
The longest I've played for is 2 hours. The thing that always dissuades me from playing anymore are the disgusting stalemates and lack of action (or the distance TO action). My views of course.

The longest time I've ever been connected to an NS server is like 8 or 9 hours... o_O

From around 9 or 10pm until about 7am the next morning... DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT. MISSY (yes the nsradio dj one) WAS THERE TOO!

Actually that had to be the most fun I've ever had with ns... We had several CSers come into the game for the first time and we were training em up <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>

So ofcourse later they became unbelieivably leet at NS and still had this whole strange respect thing going on for us even though they owned us hard lol...

Ah so many good times are coming back to me... Serving admining, running pugging organistations, organising tournaments, and some of the most intense 2 hour long games (NOT a 2.0 stalemate, we're talking hives CONSTANTLY switching hands here)... Before 1.0 first came out, the devs were telling us how one of NS's greatest features was that it create memorable gameplay unlike many other games and mods where you rarely remember anything of interest from each game...

I really do believe the dev's have achieved that. NS has had it's ups and downs, but no game has involved me as mentally and emotionally as NS has, and that is definately something special.

Would it be inappropriate to start singing love songs to NS right about now? Don't wanna scare ya'll <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'>
