i think the top reason for bashing it is the hax0r image it proposes, but like i said, when u get into a good clan and everything it seems like hackers dont exist...
in the past month ive run into maybe 2 i was completly sure of...
i hope in the future ALL mod bashing can end becuz alot of things ppl say just arent true..
i know i will probably get flamed to "tim buck too" but im prepared for that just to get a point across.... i really hope u guys arent arragent (sp?) or to thick headed to take in a few things ive said.

(I was also clanned for CS, and I have to say it is rather a nice game at that level. Even if it is inhabited by weapons freaks and stat-heads.)

im pplaying Tribes2 and jedi knight 2 at the moment...

The new tod mod sucks do not get it.. you gotto use open gl and it lags like ####
Buy guns and ammo and armour.
Run out the door.
Run for 10 seconds.
Get shot.
Die.
Wait 5 minutes.
Repeat, every round.
If you're not good at CS, you don't get to play because you just get slaughtered. Not like DoD where you can run out 10 seconds later to try again - a bad CS player gets maybe 2 minutes of game time every map.
Desert Crisis - bah. It's a bunch of unrelated features and weapons mashed together into a mod that doesn't hold up. I mean, it has 2 totally different sets of weapons (futuristic and modern, modern being mostly useless except for certain unbalanced death cannons), an entire melee section that goes unused against the guns, a skillset that comes from like 5 different mods, an equipment set that proves useless, an objective system that doesn't even matter in a TDM game, player customization that nobody notices because they're getting shot, and a whole whack of other stuff that they just added 'cause it was cool.
It's not fun, really.

And the "u just dont liek it becuz u suk" argument is the worst ever. If a game is fun I will play it even though I am losing. After getting shot in the head through the 747 plane with an AWP or the walls in Estate while no where near a window... well the fun just stops.</b></i>

Also, I like to bash arrogant clanning powergamers. You know the type, they scream and switch teams whenever something doesn't go their way. Calling everyone newbs and bashing HPBs. </b></i>

hackers exist EVERYWHERE is what i mean and yes they are a pain the the neck, everyone who isnt one here can surely agree.
