[mwip] Project X Phase Gate

This is essentially a remake of the phase gate I converted from a q3 jumppad (which I never released because the author never got back to me about permission), but modified to fit with what is probably going to become the "X" theme a little better. It's nowhere near as flashy as the RT, but PGs aren't flashy buildings.

Again, this will be skinned as and when I can be bothered, and probably done using textures form ns.wad again because that worked a treat for the RT.

No animations on a PG to worry about though, so yay!

    That is quite cool... I never thought of having gaps in any sort of portal... Interesting.

    What would be really cool, is to have small lightning zaps between the gaps! Like on some of the machinery in Half life.
    I dont know how they do those effects though... or if its possible in a small model. I have only seen large ones...

    Good stuff again here Maus, this one will definately be going in when your done, if you make it "glow" like the IP that was released a little while ago that might be cool too, who knows. If you could get attachments to work correctly to get little lightning zaps running inbetween that might be an intresting thing too as stated before. Good job again, keep it up and take your time.

    It won't have the IP glow, but it will have something using additive textures. And probably a new phase particle sprite.
