help me
Well I have been making my forums, Invision Power Board, using the same type of boards as NS forums. I was wondering, how did you get a image on the right in the header? header_right.gif. Must I make a new template with it or something?

I'm doing this from memory, so you'll have to bear with me...

In the Invision control panel, there's a "theme" section in the left frame. You can create a new theme (so you don't mess up the default one in case something goes wrong) and import any images you would like into it. Other than dimension restrictions, I don't think you're limited in what you can put up there.

Once you've created the theme, you just have to apply it, and set your users up so that your custom theme is the default one for users and guests.
