Here is an updated list. Sorry for the lack of updates been busy with move, and other stuff. More soon though.

PROS:
This can be a fun server to play in, especially for new players. The learning curve is lowered for new players due to several plug ins ranging from extra levels, late join, and special upgrades. The server has a semi large fan base with a set of regulars. People of all skill levels come to play here. One can often find people to answer questions about the game. The admins are good skilled players and will help out new players when asked.
CONS:
The admins run a tight ship and for the most part there are not any problems. However sometimes people seem to be kicked for seemingly unknown reasons (from what I could tell). When asked why such actions are taken or in regards to what rule might have been broken, the popular response is to ignore the person politely asking or say “We don’t have to tell you figure it out yourself.” That response really irks me in terms of community relations points especially when it is unclear of what may have happened. To be fair I’ll give the admins the benefit of the doubt and these events don’t happen often.
OVERALL:
A pretty good server all around and worth a good try. It is not the god of new player servers out their but it is by far not the worst considering it has to be pretty good to get my review in the first place. So this server gets 4 out of 5 stars. If you are looking for some combat action with a new twist check them out.

PROS:
A pretty good server for trying out those NS maps once you get tired of Combat. This server sports a friendly atmosphere with people willing to help put new players. The admins are friendly and helpful as well. The server player count allows you to find some challenging smaller games of NS. These will be a bit challenging for new players but it provides for good hands on action of getting your feet wet.
CONS:
The admins are not always around and while player problems are not often it can be annoying without an admin to fix the problem. When I played the server had a few large lag spikes but they were not constant and could have been from random connection issues at the time.
OVERALL:
NS has a steeper learning curve than CO and it will be harder. If you think you are ready for the transition come here. Good people, good games, good strategies, good times.

PROS:
This is a great server run by NS community leads. Here you will find ns.org community members as well as a large fan base of regulars. Game play is faced paced and populated by a mix of beginners and veterans willing to help out the new guy. This is a good place to hone your shooting or melee skills against some of the seasoned players. Admins do a very good job of running the server and with community relations.
CONS:
Whether it be for good or bad this is very high traffic server and getting in can be a victory in itself. Even though it is a combat server very new players may face a hard challenge going up against some of the regular players.
OVERALL:
Simply put. Great server all around. If you think you have started to master combat come here and see how well you do. It’s a challenge to play here but that’s how it is if you want to learn from some of the best.

I dunno, the admins there seem to want to have CD pretty much required, but there have been some times when lag made everyone with cd appear without cd. With CD required, the server was empty alot.. without it required its usually pretty full... and most people will turn CD on between rounds..
Once you figure out what pisses them off, you don't do it and your fine.
a note: Don't be the second gorge on the aliens if the first didn't ask you to gorge.. depending on the admin the 1st time is an ungorge, and the 2nd or 3rd is a kick.
Its a very fun server to play on, despite having no custom maps (not too big a deal though)
if you go on there when some [TW@]s are around im sure you wont be dissapointed

This Server is a decent server play on and it’s and even better when there is an admin around - as normaly happens. For the most part players get along with each other, the servers, also have some nice pings for east coast us players on cable. When asking simple questions such as how to get upgrades or how where a location is some people where very helpful and others were , well not so helpful.

With the CD REQ on this server, you will find that there is less calls on "Hack!", then on some other servers.
If you join a game, your most likely to run into the EOF clan - who normaly comm. Listen to them, and do what they say, if you don't know what they mean, ask for a way point, and goto it, or ask them how to preform the operation.

This server was weher most of NS Skills came from, i can't say more then, if you wish to comm, and be good at it, quick, join this server, also, as its the home server of one of the ns comunitys fan sites, you will find alot of fellow, neb's on it, willing to learn, or pass on knolage

though useing something like net nimo and installing the ns 2.0 download (u should be running ns 2.0) dose not change the cl_dll.dll from the installers .tmp
