Your keyboard layout
<div class="IPBDescription">How do you move?</div>What keyboard layout do you all use? I can't decide. WSAD is more efficient (my left hand can reach more keys whilst my right moves the mouse) but the arrow keys are simpler (the number of times I've messed up due to hitting the wrong keys with WSAD...).
I'm just curious.
My current layout:
Movement: arrow keys
Jump: Control (right)
Run: Shift (right)
Use: Enter
That's for most mods, anyway.
P.S.-> I've checked the last 8 pages of the Off-Topic forum and I'm fairly sure no-one has said this before. If they have... well, you have my sincere apologies.

i've got all my keys together so i can use them all without
losing control
But what about crouch? A really important key (especially if you want more accuracy).
right CTRL: jump
Num 0: crouch
Num period: prone
reload: middle mouse

voicecom with me is '/' - I dont have a headset (yet, anyway) so I don't worry about that.
I can't play properly with the y-axis inverted (I've been playing fps games for so long that I can't play with my mouse inverted - I'm used to it this way).

Default cept for voice comm which I have bound origanly to "v" which had the disadvantage of making strafing to the right impossible, changed it to "mouse 3" and I use WASD. I'm just wondering on the size of your keyboard compared to the size of your hands if you hit the wrong key often enough for it to be a problem.

hmmm, I hope NS supports it well, like uninverting it for commander mode...

Works fine in NS so far, however, I dont really think you'd want it in commander mode (its up=up, down=down (stc))...
