Nobody Can Join My Server?

When I set up a listen or dedicated server, anyone who tries to connect to it gets "LAN servers are restricted to local clients (Class C)."

I really don't understand why this is, since I'm hosting internet games ONLY. It's giving me LAN errors on internet games, NS 2.0.

I can connect to servers, but nobody can connect to mine. I've hosted many other HL games, mods included, and never had a single problem like this. What am I missing here? Is it a bug? I tried searching, but I didn't turn up anything.

I'm having the exact same problem Aerowinder is having, I was getting ready to post this question but seeing as he did I'll add my prob into it as well so you can kill 2 birds with one stone.

set "sv_lan 0" in your listenserver.cfg or server.cfg (listenserver vs. dedicated)
