No. Even you should know how an image would look if you edited it as a JPEG in Fireworks or Photoshop. You would have to have the image written in PS or FW source imagery, in order to delete the individual lines and do a good job of the edit.
Look closely at the lines and you'll see nothing has been edited. Even the lines between the sv_cheats cvar change are identical to each and every other line. Also, you have that NS background on the console. If at any point one of the lines had been edited out, or added, you would see something overlapping the original text, which you don't.
It's obvious more than one person has access to RCON. Stating you're not able to talk about what went on in these forums does indicate you are hiding something. Maybe you thought they were doing well, but they were non-british, therefore just a "little bit of fun" would be great, and no one would find out. Unfortunately you forgot the all CVAR changes are echo'ed to all connected clients.
each line is set to take up the same amount of space, if I wanted to I could have ready images of the console filled with sv_Cheats changed to etc on every line then copy & paste that section as I wished.

The HLTV is dodgy too. I'm not sure if you can or can't run it with Cheating-Death, because I'm not in a clan. Personally I find being in a clan a total waste of time.
Anyway, by the sounds of it the CVAR change was changed to 1, then to 0. If this was done in a few seconds, then it could indicate it was being used to gain an extra couple of hundred resources. Afterall, the "givepoints" command gives you about 50 resources each time you execute it. So in around 3 seconds, they could have gained an extra 300 to 500 res.
It might not have been res, but it's all I can think it can be. If you don't want it to look obvious and maybe hide what you're really doing, the res stunt would be more efficient.

This is obviously a matter for the two clans to sort out between themselves. It is just as easy to edit logs as it is to edit screenshots, and vice versa. This post may have a point, in the sv_cheats should not be accessable while tournament mode is on, but this has just turned into people airing their dirty laundry.
