Mapping Help

i just started to make an ns map after seeing some of the great custom mpas out there i thought i would have a go but then i hit a problem i learnt how to map but i cant seem to compile my map everytime i hit the go button it loads to half-life okay but then come up saying " map change failed 'test 1 ns' not found on server " i want to see how my map looks but this is a big problem please could someone help i really dont want to stop mapping becuase i cant work the program (using hammer editor lateset version)

compile with -game ns +map <mapname> your trying to load your map into halflife and its saying not found on server because its not acutally there its in the ns maps folder, this is accusing your hammer is setup for ns
