i have tried in every single available format known to paint shop pro and none work

i have tried compressing the pic

HOW DOES IT WORK!?!?!?!?

    There's a size limit on whatever you upload, i can only presume you're trying to upload something that's too large.

    Well, with the new servers and all, I guess it might be ok.. But everyone "attached image" the same friggin image every time.. it gets lame, and needlessly fills up the server.
