Hlds.exe Crashes With Welding Error

I keep getting the following error showing up in my system logs after hlds.exe crashes. This is running 4.1.1.1d on Win2K3 server:

It seems that the latest version of HLGuard was causing the problem; removing it cleared up the problem. This was with version 4.1.1.1d of HLDS. In case anyone encounters similar problems...
