    yeah, doing too much hue and saturation canges will enhance the jpg flaws of an image, and also think of the fact that these are two .jpg files enhanced, then saved as .jpg again, then placed toghether and saved a another .jpg. Gives a little kick in the old image quality bar.

    i know how, 640x480,bmp,256 colours save it as splash.bmp i think its splash not sure.

    edit splash it the main screen with buttons, i think the console background is in one of the wad files.
