Force Map Change On Timelimit

How do you force map to change when time is run out? I use amx exend votes to extend maps (if needed). This is great two minutes before time runs out we vote to extend. Sometimes you just need a new map! This never ending map thang is messing up my smooth servers. I run DOD and CS servers the same way no problem. I want to give the users more control. Why does a admin have to babysit when a map change is needed.


Any comments fixes suggestions... PLEASE.
