<div class="IPBDescription">allows structures to be built faster</div> But I thought it was taken out. Can anyone confirm without a doubt this is the case. I met someone who swore up and down it was still in.

The flashlight resupply exploit (lets you get ammo twice as fast) was taken out. Though the flashlight build is still in I think...

99% sure that this is not possible... they are all based on times and not FPS so it wouldn't work... don't try though cause some admins might think it still works....

Worked in 1.x (led to ability to build a TF in about 2 seconds)

as far as i know it does still work, but i could be wrong, i saw a guy in a server today using a script that flashed his light when he pressed use, and his build rate was much faster then mine

Fast-flashlight-toggling to do stuff faster has been fixed. Certainly doesn't work for ammo anymore, and if there are exceptions that flashlight toggling still affects, you can bet they'll be addressed as soon as possible.
