  Yes you can make your own spray!I tell you how.... Go into: Sierra/HalfLife/logos just copy 1 of those logos and paste it then there! Easy give it an other name of your choise!
  Then open it!!!
  only use 64x64 pixel!
  And only use black, white, and different forms of grey,
  because you can set the spray/logo color in the game under cusomize.....!
  And yes: Black will be transparent, white NOT!
  Draw your own picture/logo/spray/.....
  and when you finished it only: SAVE it!!!
  Not 'save as', because you already gave it the right name, and maybe
  you save it with a wrong 'format'!
  Now when you start ns/counter strike/TFC/Richochet/Gunman chronicles/Half-Life/....../......../....../.....
  you will be able to select your logo under customize,
  and be able and allowed to spray
  it in the game! Do not forget to go into the controls and set a button for 'spray logo'!

  for full colour sprays use a program like wally, search for it on google or something and itll come straight up. a lot of the newer ones are automatic too which is good if youre in a hurry and/or stupid.

  It is the same process as with cs, you make your own bmp image that has to be under a certain size, then you convert it to the pldecal.wad

  Most common size is 128x64, you can't make it much bigger than this as there is a size limit.

  Of course you can. It's not a feature of CS, it's a feature of Half-Life. <a href='http://www.planethalflife.com/wss/' target='_blank'>this site</a> is quite a good resource how coloursprays, howtos etc. It hasn't been updated in ages, but the information it does have is still current (and there are some 500 colour sprays on it).

  Also there is a program called Half-Life logo creator. It does a lot for you.
