Bad Commander, I lack to experience to pull it off.
I'm a Great Grunt!
A great Gorge and a smart Skulk (no Super Skulk but WTH can ya do)

As a marine I usually temp. comm. if no one else wants to/can. If I'm not playing comm, I usually try to get a group of people together and make them follow me. So, I guess I would be a squad leader... even though IRL, I could not even lead a horse to water or something like that...

But as alien, I am usually a scout/support player. I love the skulk, lerk (I miss your bite), and gorge. I'm ok at fade and am a terrible onos. I am usually the first to go headon with a squad of marines. Ever since I pulled that surprise attack on 12 marines and killed them all (they were in 3 squads, but some I already killed from the same spot... this was like 1.04 betas), I have not really been afraid of marine firing squads.

As rine, I do anyting and everything the comm says. whether it be rambo/HA train/welderboy/defence/scout, you name it, I'll do my best. I hate comming, too much going on at once for me.

As alien I like to play all the classes. Once on nothing a gorge and I hid in the vents at cargo very early game, first 3 min. He built a sensory and soon I went lerk and had half the rines trying to get me out. When I finnally left the vent almost 7 or 10 min later I probably had 70 res, we had gotten powersilo up, and shortly after that we took cargo and then destroyed the rines. I like to move fast so I don't like onos that much. I also like being on the front lines of battlle so I don't always like gorge. But battle gorge is very fun. Onos is too expensive and I'd rather go with the cheaper, faster, almost as powerful fade. When I'm in the groove, I'm almost worthy of the title Super Skulk.

On the marine side, I'm usually the builder. That is, I'll be the only one building what the comm drops, while everyone else either covers me or rambos off to a quick death. I also tend to be welder-monkey, and (not to brag), but several marine wins can be directly attributed to me hiding in a corner behind a tf welding like mad to keep those turrets up

As an alien, I'm almost purely a skulk early-game. Whenever I have enough res to evolve, I always seem to spend it on defenses. I'd much rather drop three offense chambers, a defense and a sensory than go fade. I'd just die anyway I also late-game gorge a lot, when everyone's showing off their leet devour skills, and no one remembers how great web and bile bomb are.

I am an HPB so that affects my choices of play significantly - skulking is harder since when you sneak up behind someone and try to bite them you just miss because the melee hit prediction is so iffy over 250 ping.

Anyway, as a marine I'm always the guy trying to help the comm (can't comm myself, my PC can't handle the overhead view with all those turrets) by organising groups to move out, and reminding people to hold their positions. I get REALLY angry at people who ignore the comm, repeatedly ask for equipment or ask when there's no res.

I can't seem to aim with the LMG since I've always hated inaccurate, high ROF weapons in every FPS I've ever played; I'm a shotty (or railgun in other games - K98 in DOD ) ****. With an LMG i seem to die to solo skulks but I've fought off 3 fades at once with the shotty. I love moving in a large squad as both aliens and marines.

As Kharaa, I spend most of my time as a gorge (I love bilebomb) or lerk, (spikes = railgun-like qualities, spores are great, umbra is invaluble to the team) occasionally onos and very rarely fade. I like supporting others (onos most of the time) with healspray, spores, and umbra.

I skulk and gorge, and often direct the team etc. On marines I'm just a jittery grunt with an annoyingly quick pistol shot

When I have my microphone working I tend to take up a leadership role since I can get my point across. When it doesn't work I tend to go a gorge and build away till my heart is content.

personnally i take the role of a leader, or soldier commander, i don't like to take the comm console as marine, its too RPG. but i ussually band people together to kickass
