Where Are The Commander Build Hotkeys?

<div class="IPBDescription">Missing from 2.0 ...</div> Looking over the key-binding options I noticed one thing was missing: There are no binds for buildings in commander mode.
Were these taken out on purpose? I'm going to be bummed if that's the case, all the clicking through menus is going to be the death of my poor mouse.
Is there any way you can input these by hand, ie:
bind x commander_build_turret
?
