Problem With Hlds And Ns2.0

<div class="IPBDescription">I am getting an error..</div> Im getting the following error when I start my server: "<b>This application has failed beacuse mss32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.</b>"
So I searched for a solution, seems to be a problem for many games, I was advised to dl'd the file and put it in my system folder, but now Im getting an other error: "<b>The procedure entry point _AIL_set_directory@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll.</b>"

Im running WinXP, HLDS v4.1.1.1d/NS DS 2.0.

Can someone help me?

    I noticed that everything runs smooth on HLDS v4.1.1.1 (non-beta)
