[mreq]marathon Guns

<div class="IPBDescription">i miss marathon..</div> does anyone remember marathon by bungie? the first person shooter?
I certainly do, and you know what? I miss it.. blasting through the s'pht'kr, running from the juggernauts.. finally finding the dual shotguns.. punching myself for not saving it, jumping in the water, shooting the fusion pistol and killing myself.

good times.

which brings us to this question; can anyone here model any of these guns? i don't have any other pics so you'd have to work from these.. i guess that's all for now

    I'd try modeling the SMG if you can find some other pictures of it.

    To the modeler above. Try and find reference screen shots of the gun, not just a smallish selection pic.

    Well, now you have an outline, you need to give the thing some depth. There are a few ways to do this, since you've started with an outline rather than boxes, the easiest way will be to select all the faces, then extrude them to give depth.

    After that, you'll want to add details, textures and whatnot.

    Have a look at this article for more info on how the extrusion technique works..

    Okay added scope, depth, and stuff. I know scope's a little bigger than in pic but otherwise it would be on the ejector. Pic Helps with skinning.

    /me goes to find skinning tut. <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif'><!--endemo-->

    but all their models are more realistic.. i want the classic marathon guns, with scopes in the way of the brass ejectors, and clips that load from the tip of the barrel
