    There were a few threads I was monitoring in there. Specifically coil's balance thread and any thread to do with the latest build (b2.0y). There are some pretty major changes in b2.0y and I wanted to read the feedback from testing.

    But oh well, 8 days.

    I've noticed that almost all the screenshots are from marine POV. And those that aren't are from spectator. I smell a conspiracy. Did they fix up the look of the alien POV and are holding it back from us, or is this further evidence of a terrible bias? Yes! Yes, it's all true! The writing was on the wall: the game is totally going to be marine pwnage! They only care about making the marines look cool. Nobody likes the aliens anymore! Whyyyyy!?

    PS they finally added mobile CC's and Hives, mariens and aliens can now pile into CC's and Hives and duke it out in huge alien vs mech combat.

    yes, they've majorly overhauled the alien's POV!

    skulks are gonna have heat vision so they can track marines thru walls! and gorges will have wallhacks and onos will have aimbots cuz they're not needed!

    they also added a third race and all the screenies they took with alien POV's had the secret third race in it

    Anyhow, my guess the beta forums were hidden is because of the massive amounts of hardcore debating going on in there, due to the HMG change.
