  I don't think you would receive too much lag with that connection. Distance from the server is also a factor.

  location from server to you will give u the majority of lag with that form of connection. generaly any broadband connection will get under 100 ping in a server around the general area ie not the other side of the world <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->~
  even close servers can be laggy for u so just look at the pings and try to choose ur server wisely <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

  One with a connection such as that should be able to handle about 6 players comfortably.

  edit: for servers, each player requires ~10kb upload speed at max.
