<div class="IPBDescription">Part I (!Caution! Adult Language)</div> <i>'What the hell... work work work... over and over.'</i> thought Khrist Janeson to himself. Bringing himself up carefully and tiredly off where he was resting he shook his head. Looking over across his room he saw the quick flash of a message waiting for him. Confused he scratched his head absent mindedly. He pressed a series of buttons on the desk next to the flashing tiny LED. A large head of his commander appeared, "Get your **** in gear soldier! We have a major containment failure on decks 2, 3, 4, and 5."
"What the hell? Why so many decks?"
"You don't get paid to think soldier. Report at the ready room in 10 minutes!"
The still tired Khrist closed his eyes. He had a headache. <i>'Today was supposed to be my day off too..</i> he complained to himself. He took 5 minutes pulling his marine standard armour and checked his weapons.
Quickly mounting them on the reserved spots there were on the suit, he ran to the ready room and stood at attention in the ranks. The same man who had told him to get his **** ready paced in the front obviously very annoyed. "Alright..." he said looking at the assembled, "We have a major contamination on decs 2, 3, 4, and 5. The engineers don't think we can keep them out of deck 6 for long. Our mission is to destroy all the creatures causing this contamintation. Got that?"
A loud roar from the assembled bombarded Khrist's ears, "YES SIR!"
"Right then... Let's move out!"
The loud sounds of footsteps on the hard metal floor also sang with the constant hum of the portals that placed them in the required positions. They were all told to keep running no matter what even during the phase. Khrist sweated heavily while powering himself through. When he was through he ran to get off of the pad. He looked over to the right and saw a soldier who didn't run. He closed his eyes after seeing both killed in the sickening way. Peices of each other fell to the floor. Khrist calmly tried to get his nerve together. He stood at attention and awaited orders as the commander took his position in his comm chair.
A buz in his helmet told him to, "Move to your waypoint soldier."
Quickly moving out he heard the soft sound of clicks on the hard surface. "****... so early.." he complained before turning his shoulderlamp on and leveling his Light Machine Gun. He heard the sound of the creature that seemed to be laughing at him. Moving slower now he made quick sweeps of the area untill he saw the offending beast. Suddenly it leaped at him and Khrist pulled the trigger.
