But then with more cages that are connected by many pipes you can see through, a maze feeling.
You can do this, when you use models for the cages and with the transparency.dlls you will have low r_speeds, too but i dont think it makes much sense
just a test to see whats possible and whats not.

oh and there is something where u cna change the viewdistance etc

nedless to say that this map is not ballanced.

NS has a special multiplier for the entity culling distance so that entities don't dissappear at the edges of commander view, but you can still change the base value to make entities visible farther away. With a room that big though your r_speeds must be awful.
I'm thinking about 1 cage for marine, 3 cages for aliens, a couple more cages for res, all connected by pipes made of glass.

lets see if one cage is possible first.
