i dont know if i could post this here but i thought maybe one of u might know

okay so i recently bought a new pc hardware to build a pc, the main components are:

-MB MSI|K7N2 Delta-L

-CPU AMD|2500/333 ATHLON XP BARTON

-DDRAM512MB|CORSAR64X64 VS512MB400 (3200)

-CASE RAIDMAX 268WBP 350W MID

okay so i assembled all of it, minus HDD and Video Card. I turn it on and its all fine, everything is running properly it seems. I connect bluetooth, turn the pc on and nothing turns on, so i turn it off fast. I disconnect bluetooth everything starts up and then out of the speaker i hear "ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" and it wont stop and i cant use the power button to turn it off, i have to flip the switch on the psu to turn off the pc. can anyone help me? Im hoping its not the CPU.

    - Verify your jumpers - VERY IMPORTANT
    - If it doesn't work, do u have a boot indicator? I have a MSI card too and I got 4 LEDs on a PCI slot that show me the boot process.

Inability to use case buttons= you don't have the little jumper cable things plugged into the right prongs on the board, check the boards documentation. Once my PC made that noise. Turned out a power cable was rubbing cpu fan.

sounds to me like u have placed the connectors from your panel wrongly in your motherboard...
check that they are put in their appopriate places and in the right direction.. ie. if you place the speaker connector backwards you can cause a sound in the speaker...

nothing will break out of this but its annoying...

Check to make sure your ram is seated properly and in the proper banks for the amount of sticks you have for your mobo. I.e. stick 1 in bank 0, stick 2 in bank 1, or whatever your mobo specs say...
Most often, beeping comes from something not being seeded properly.
