sneak a marine into Engine room. There are a million ways to get into it undefended (vents, etc).
Anyway, have him hide in that little pit (it's at the top of the engine structure, has a small ladder on it). A CC and 2 IPs will fit there if you can build them well, even 1 IP will work.
Everyone on the team kill themselves (or just die) and tell each soldier DON'T ATTACK, HIDE. When everyone's spawned, OPEN FIRE! With a decent sized team, it'll kill the hive in seconds (usually one full LMG clip from everyone and a bit of pistol). It's a good last stand, and you might even get one or two people to respawn while the aliens are attacking (they usually can't find your IPs right away). If they build OCs on top of the IPs... good luck ending the game <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

- You're finished if the aliens find you, as they are most likely at 2 hives if this tactic if nessacary.
We snuck one guy into mantinence vent (red hallway by noname) and built a CC next to the hissing pipe so they couldn't hear. We had motion tracking so we knew when to stay still and quiet, etc. They were all at marine start and then when it was destroyed they tried to find us but never checked the vent... about 2-3 minutes later we were all spawned and quiet...... then we went in and destroyed noname with LMG's. We died after; but it was really satisfying.
It's a rare thing in public games. Most of the time you have one screwed up player who rambos or somethign before your team has spawned entirely.... we had a good team that map

I also like building a TF and a couple sieges in the engine vents. By the time they figure out where it's coming from, hive dead. and you have a nice long filed of fire to protect your gear while it works...

We lost anyway, but it took them a while.
I managed to weld the vent inc to base...then I built 6 CCs in the entrance...spammed mines and welders to everyone...kept 7 onos out for about...10 mins =)
then I got kicked for laming by someone that wanted to get wpn uppgrades and kill the onoses...

3rd relocation in shipping tunnel next to theri one hive at vent.
after all spawn we walk in vent and blast it to shreds while aliens eat our new base
neither team can possible spawn now. aliens run in and destroy ammo less rine. A couple rines shoot their last shot, some pull out knives desperatly. 2 surviving rines and 3 skulks left. rines cower cornred by skulk with knives out. skulks jump, skulk about to bite, all skkulks run out of health and die. marines one. super duper barly.
We couldn't get out since if we started moving out the fades would sit ALL the way down the hallway in MI and just throw acid constantly...HMG and GL can't touch that.
