SInce the aliens are naked, where are the waste disposal parts?

It seems like the gorge would have the biggest butt.

    The Kharra do not have a normal digestive system. Because the Kharra operate of the hive bacterium system, all waste that the individual alien does not use is secreted out in the form of bacteria. Aliens are to small to secrete large amounts of the bacterium visibly. The hive feeds off this bacterium secretion, and uses it to make new aliens. As a result, the area around the hive is coated with large amounts of the bacterium need to both grow new hives, as well as supply it with the resources to spawn aliens.

    I was the last marine alive and as I scurried up the ladder to try to get to west access from the reactor room I came face to face with the Onos butt. It was larger then life and nasty too. He was turned away from me and he didnt know I was there, behind him.
