Same thing with the hallway on the far right, and on the top.
Well... Generally you can see too much from one room to another. Try to add more hallways. And remember, you can use 45 degree walls also. <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->

maybe the layout is bad scaled, the rooms are not as big as they can seem, i think i wont have problems with r_speeds, the room with the CC is just this, and is about 400 polys

You also have some VERY long straight areas - i.e. places you can stand where you can see a LONG way. That's what brings r_speeds up. Try to add bends in the hallways to avoid long lines of sight. The corridors/rooms across the top and down the right side stand out in particular.
