<div class="IPBDescription">Whats going on with geocities?</div> All day today every time I open anything that has anything to do with geocities, (my links, other peoples links, even the home page), I come up with a 404 page not found error. Everything else works perfectly, just that is messing up.

On my sisters computer, all geocities sites and the homepage works fine like normal.....

has this happened to anyone before?

    Seriously, you cna get by without geocities and the ilk these days, lots of ISPs give you some webspace, find somebody who has a website and will host for you or just buy your own domain, they don't exactly cost alot these days if you go for minimum packages and if you just use it for storing stuff you won't have to worr too much about bandwidth usage.

    Anythings better than having to put up with the incessant crapola that is geocities and tripod.

    If I try to connect to Geocities I get this message:

    "The daily bandwidth limit for this member has been exceeded. Try again after midnight, EST."

    Maybe you're getting the error rather than the bandwith exceeded message.
