<div class="IPBDescription">Find a pluggin here!</div> I was thinking that the official NS forums should have a place to easily find all pluggins, my goal is to have this as similer as the official release thread in models and skins section.
Here are the rules of this thread:
1) Post either a download link in here, or a link to the thread about your metamod pluggin.
2) Include a one or two <b>sentence</b> description of your metamod, if you wish to be more descriptive, link to your original thread instead.
3) No pictures, link to your original thread if you need to show some pictures.
4) No feedback, save that for the original thread too.
I want this to be as easy to navigate as possible. So follow these rules.
*Sticky please

Plugin authors post more plugins there than anywhere, myself included. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
ModNS = the pwn
The only site I'm really in favor of is my own at <a href='http://them.clanwho.com' target='_blank'>http://them.clanwho.com</a> .
But seeing as how I only get like 4 hits a day, I settle for endorsing ModNS <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
If you find a successful way to make all this stuff work with GCC 3.3 then lemme know. Seems to be something to do with the relation between Entities and Edicts. Pointers are invalid in places where I didn't think it was possible for them to be invalid without the game flat-out crashing.
I'll be happy if I manage to install and configure linux first <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Firestorm, you can post incomplete plugins over at modns.
Its just a good place to look for plugins.
If someone would compile the last versions (after renaming them to 1.0 in meta_api.cpp) I'd post them.
I've already installed linux, but I'm at the prompt and I don't know how to get the GUI working :/
It asks me to login, so I log in as root and then I'm at the command line... Great... I tried to type man gnome and gnome-satrtup or something like that but that last command just shows me some errors and does nothing. f I manage to get the GUI I'll try to compile everything... And the installer said "Have fun!" :/
But I believe the command to start the GUI no-matter whether it's kde or gnome is simply "startx", CJM would know for sure.
This is actually not true. Currently there's 161 windows servers (approx) and 223 linux server (approx) so linux has a slightly bigger servershare but not by much.
Thanks, but I don't need startx, the GUI is started automatically, I've just configured it in a bad way (framebuffer enabled :/)
I'll try to get my ADSL drivers to work and I4ll compile a plugin and ask someone to try it if it works. Then, I'll compile the rest.
