Off Chamb, Not Hurt Marines

i setup a server last night. when i was playing as a marine, the offense chambers didnt hurt me unless i touched them. i could stand a little ways away and i wasnt getting hit. but the turrets hit the aliens. any ideas?

It's a known bug. The OCs seem to kill themselves or eachother, and don't hurt you at all.

if you were standing around a corner or some sort of geometry, the hitbox of an OC spit is MASSIVE, and will hit any geometry in the way instead of you. hth.

really? thats nuts. i can stand right in front of it, as long as i dont actually touch it it wont hit me
