<div class="IPBDescription">Stuff</div>Err I have a few questions concerning gameplay...

1) Can bobs climb walls and ceilings?

2) How would you make a base in a destroyed hive, if the hive should be covered with func_nobuild?

Umm...that's it I think...thanks for your help.

    1. Yes, very much so.

    2. Im not sure the specifics. Im not much of a mapper. I was unaware that the hive should be no build. If it sdoes say that though, I dont think they mean the whole room. (mappers, help me out here)

    Yes.  All the time.

    No need to put a func_nobuild there to prevent that.  It's part of the game.  STC, of course.

    Brushwork: 90%

    Lighting: 15%

    Optimization: 10%

    Texture memory is currently at: 8MB (Ahhh! We're gonna die!)

    Hub, kick your textures down to 4MB *now*... it's only going to make it harder if you have to pull textures out after you finish.  If it's not 4MB, your map can't be official.

    Heres my question. (Not covered in the FAQ im sure)

    1)When does the round end?
     
    a)Does it end when all the alien hives are destroyed (then all the aliens following <!--emo&:asrifle:--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/asrifle.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':asrifle:'><!--endemo--> )?
    b)Or if the marine portals are destroyed (then all the marines following <!--emo&:tiny:--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tiny.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':tiny:'><!--endemo--> )?
    c)Or a time limit?
    d)Or a time limit and a/b (look above)?

    The round ends when either team has been completely destroyed and has no way of respawning.  For the aliens, this means killing all 3 hives, and all aliens.  For the marines, it means killing all marines, all infantry portals (spawn point for marines), and all command centers (can be used to build an infantry portal).
